Everything came out crisp and fresh- not lumpy veggies. It's really good- the sauce they use (the house one) has oyster sauce and soy sauce and other flavorings. The buffet has a special station where you pile up food, tell what sauce and meat you would like, and then the chef stir fries it.
The best part that I liked in the buffet was the stir fry section. At lunch, they still have breakfast items such as bacon and eggs. The cups are basic transparent plastic, but the utensils are interesting and modern. For what it serves, it's a good deal- with your winners club card, even better than eating at the food court! The buffet is a little dark- there isn't much lighting.
At a price of 10 dollars if you have a winners club card (2 dollar discount per person (adults only).sign up even for just this discount even if you don't gamble! Quick and easy, and you get discounts at the outlets and other privileges), it's a good deal. The Potrero Canyon Buffet is Morongo's buffet.
